Ten bars and restaurants that helped shape 'SATC'
"Sex and the City" might have made Manolo, Louboutin and Choo household names, inspired dozens of fashion trends (flower brooches or horseshoe necklaces anyone?), and single-handedly launched the very pink Cosmopolitan as the cocktail du jour. But it also put a number of both new and established New York bars and restaurants permanently on the map—and not just Pastis.
As the long-delayed movie finally hits theaters, we take a look back at some of the series' more memorable scenes and their New York City settings. (It beats the hell out of shelling out the cash for one of those lame bus tours). — Cristina Velocci
