BREAKDOWN! The place was grossly overpacked, they have a very limited selection of alcohol, the bathrooms are gross and they reek of urine, the atmosphere was comprised of welfare recipeints if the U.S. goverment wants to cut cost they can start right here with this ghetto hood rich crowd and most of all and most importantly the staff sucks and the owner who by the way looks like a shorter broken down version of the singer maxwell kept hitting on me telling me he was the owner and all that. if i were him I would kept that I'm the owner stuff a secret cause Parl lounge is no place to be proud of. Bottomline if your walking by par when they are open cross the street and run away before the stinch of inmaturity grabs you and infects you with the spirit of project mentality is that my baby daddy. ha ha lol
