DON'T PLAN A PARTY/EVENT/BIRTHDAY HERE. BAD MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL and staff. I reserved and was told there would be world music, i.e samba, salsa, etc., I heard top 40. I was told I'd receive a bottle of champagne for my birthday, after asking numerous times, and being directed to different people, I never received anything. I was expecting over 20 guests, many of which purchased plenty drinks and/or their wristband special. I had also booked the party with another birthday girl, and the booth given could not accomodate our 20+ guests. The ambiance/lighting was nice, and the manager was prompt in responding to my calls when I was booking, BUT DON'T PROMISE SOMETHING YOU CAN'T DELIVER, PLEASE! We went to your place because we heard certain things about your venue. Maybe their food menu is better. We ended up leaving to a place down the street called Soiree.

I came here last Friday on a date and was extremely impressed. We had outstanding service, food and entertainment. They had a Brazilian band playing live music with samba dancers after dinner. Very energetic, and diverse crowd. If your interested in something different on a Friday, then you must go to Ole!

i actually like this place, the service is excellent! I like the fact that you are left alone and just attented to when asked. they do not bother you or hound over you yet do keep an eye out. i went there with my boyfriend and the food was okey and the drinks were okey i mean the prices are very good so for the price and atmospher i would go again.

this is a comment for the 36 year old first of all you are too old to be out (milf) and i was there that night i had a engagement party and your party was very ghetto you had a girl thtat looked like a crack-head dancing in our section and she was dooing the splits in the middle of the walkway. i loved their service they trested us with respect and attenteded to our every need . If it was so horrible why did you and your guests stay till closing like we did i was with the party at the front of the door. they lwere treating us real good. your group honey was just in the wrong bar too classy for you .

I went to Ole Lounge this past Saturday and it was absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not understand how the "owners" can treat customers with such poor service! Obviously all of the good review that have been posted for this DUMP was posted by them, because myself and friends were treated with such disrespect that it saddens me to see a place like this stay open. Not to mention the food was disgusting, and cold when we finally got it (which took over and hour to get the order correct.) Drinks were all messed up-you would have thought a 2year old was taking your order. To top it off the "OWNER" had the audacity to add a 20% gratuity to our bill for service that they did not provide! I will see to it that everyone I know make sure they do not step foot in to Ole Lounge ( low class-and ghetto). The d.j was so annoying and the bartenders where so rude and acted as if they didn't want to work, the bouncers took their job too serious and treated my friend with total disrespect.

I am 36 yrs old, have been to several places in my lifetime, this was the worse experience of my life. I went Saturday night, the waitress was horrible, which after complaining about the service realized that she was the owner. The other owner had to come to the table and take over and tell her to leave because she was yelling at us. It took forever to get drinks and water the food was bland. The barmaids were horrible, yelling at customers as well. The music was loud and the bouncer at the door was horrible. I left out to take a call said hello, told caller they had wrong number and turned around came right back in, not even 10 seconds and he asked for id. After telling him I just left out, even he began to yell. This place sucks and does not know the meaning of customer service, nor can they multi-task. I give this place 11 thumbs down!!!!!!
