Gia Tovar has the most qualified skills that I have seen in a bartender, not to mention shes HOT!!!!!! But all jokes aside she has the perfect amount of people skils, drink completion, memory capacity for orders and customer recognition, lets not even talk about her work ethic and how much fun she is, she remembers what people drimk when they return, only after meeting them once ( granted they were a good customer). But I honestly think she has the complete package, when someone thinks of a bartender her face pops in their head. bartender posterchild she is. Not to mention she HOT!!!!!! AND NO SHE DIDN'T PAY ME TO SAY THIS.
