So far my leader in the clubhouse for a bar in this area. Just moved to the neighborhood and the fact that they havent given me a bad experience makes them the leader in the clubhouse. The best part are their specials. They are awesome on almost a daily basis which is rare around here. The worst part is they have no food. This isn't always a problem but more often than not it causes this to be one of at least two stops on the night because someone always gets hungry. Service is what you would expect for a place like this. Not to stellar but not bad either. Your beer is always full, everyone always says hi and thank you, and you don't have to break the bank to drink here. Oh and the have $1 burgers made on a good old fashioned bbq almost every night so I guess there is some food.
Not positive this will be my watering hole for this installment of my living situation but it is the default leader of the pack right now.

Love It! Love It! Love It!

My girlfriends and I go here at least once a month (we live in the 'hood) and always have a great time.

I don't know what it looked like before they fixed it up but its a nice neighborhood place with good music, a respectable wine list and a great crowd.

I liked it better the last time I was there with no smoking. It used to get pretty cloudy in there.

Don't go here

I used to be a regular, but since they changed owners the place has really gone downhill. It used to be a place where I could walk in and the bartender knew not only my name and what I drank, but who my last girlfriend was, what I did last night, where I'm spending New Years, and why I now walk with a limp. Today it's just another dot on the Google map. Let me suggest finding another watering hole.

What a fun place! Loved the Shuffleboard, it is quite clean for a bar and really friendly people- will be back!

Just another "upscale" bar with prefab "atmosphere" that overran a true Chicago joint. Locals? Sure, if Schaumburg is your locality. Overpriced, overwought and not worth your time.

I loved this place because they had much better wines by the glass than most pub-type places and the price was right. Also wed nights they are starting wine specials $4 by the glass. Great deal! Cant wait to try it out.

Typical pub-style bar, however all new interior makes it a treat to not have to weigh the smell with the woodwork. I think the prices keep out the locals looking for a dive because it matches any Lincoln Park bar for the cost of a beer ($5). The music is lacking, mostly the bartender with his/her iPod so don't go banking on the jukebox. The bathrooms are very clean (new) and they have a free shuffleboard in the back, but watch out, it's NOT level by any means. The daily beer special is the only thing this pub has going for it right now.

$4 for a bud? Same price for a draught domestic? Allright, I'll stay home next time.

This used to be a neighborhood dive, now its a small yuppie bar with an annoying crowd. Please, give a neighborhood bar a theme or something.

After taking my private jet back from Vegas, I jumped onto my Vespa and headed straight to Wellington's Tavern. Wow, this place is almost as good as some of the Vegas clubs, minus the attractive women, good booze, and ambiance.
