Come for the ambiance, stay for the classic cocktails! We love the Sidecar and the gin martinis made with a secret gin only the true insdiers know about...Have I piqued your interest? Oh, and did I mention the b&w photo booth?

We'd heard good things about this bar and were excited to check it out. Everything was great--tasty drinks, nice view until our bartenders changed (we were being served by the owner/ manager at first, it seemed.)

The guy who ended up serving us was snide and condescending, making fun of our conversation topics, our drink orders, and the fact that we watched television. And yet he didn't just walk away from us if he found us so irritating.

Good bartending makes or breaks a place like Weegee's--not sure if we'll be back.

cozy neighborhood bar, with a master-mixologist behind the bar. order the old timey cocktails to see alex the mixologist/bartender do his thing, or pick one of the many handcrafted ales in an unpretentious setting. no attitude from the employees or the patrons. great neighborhood pub

I can see it now, its a supper cool bar. Stepping inside is like going back to a 1930's speak easy in NYC, yes the music is smoky jazz. Soon its gonna be a hipster haven, and then the yuppies will take over. Then there goes the nieghborhood. But untill then I'm there!

Even my tea-totaling mother felt completely comfortable in this classy but relaxed space. And you can't leave without ordering a "Crazy Aunt Mary," whose picture hangs above one of the intimately lit tables. And what other bar has a vintage photo booth? Amazing.
