Great Late Night Place

I stumbled in here late one weeknight after a rough day and came to find great service and hilarious bartenders. Great interior and I'd like to go back and try the food some other evening.

I think Waterhouse has some of the better bar food and the city and pretty decent drink specials. We used to be regulars for trivia night on Wednesdays, but it seems like pretty much every time we go, no matter how busy (or not) the place is, the service could use some work. It's not my first choice place, but I'll still go every once in a while just because its so close.

Hannah was a fun bartender. She was very helpful and informative. Food was OK. Maybe ordered the wrong thing. Would go back for sure.

I've been here a couple times and the service has been great and the food was awesome. Just went back a week ago and our server was awful, she looked bored with us and seemed bothered when we ordered drinks (it wasn't that busy either). To top it off, by the time she got around to delivering our food, it was luke warm at best, however she didn't stop back to see how it was so we were stuck with it. Very disappointing experiece because I usually have good luck here.

Go here for yummy sangria and good specials. Me and my friends go here for the 2 dollar burger specials. Not a sought out Chicago hot spot, but a great place for the locals with a great nieghborhood feel to it.

It is a great place to hang out and enjoy a couple of cocktails during the week and even better place to be on the weekends with your friends. They have excellent bar food and amazing service. I always enjoy myself at the Waterhouse!

Fun.Fun.Fun. Everytime we visit Waterhouse we always have a good time. The food is very good bar food and the crowd is always better then average. Check it out.

Seriously, this place is lame. Stopped by to meet up with a couple friends on Friday night (we all live close) and we all left laughing! This could be decent local bar was hopelessly trying to be the hot dance party where everyone should be... too bad it comes off as a cheesy replica of what this city has to offer. It was definitely worth the cab fare to make it over to the Bungalow Lounge! My advice, skip it.

This is by far the worst food I have ever had in Chicago (I've lived her 7 years). There were three of us, and our food was so dry, flavorless, and just plain bad. On top of that, our service was horrible. I will not be back!

Just had my birthday party there with about 40 people. A few of us got there early to eat. Food was very good. Got a drink package for the party, we all got druzunk. Staff was VERY friendly (especially Dan the manager) and wanted to make sure we had a good night, which my guests and I did.
