Waterhouse

The former Cabo Bar & Grill has been reborn as Waterhouse. New owners rid the place of the red lights and the Mexican theme, aiming for a classier look with glass-beaded chandeliers, vintage-looking light fixtures and ceiling fans, and there's even a small waterfall in the front bar. There are ample TVs, including eight flatscreens, and a new DJ booth gets the action going on weekends. The front room now has silver-and-burgundy checked booths, plus plenty of bar seating. Signature cocktails include white and red sangria by the glass or pitcher, plus a fruity, sharable rum-spiked punch. The food menu includes bar standards like chicken wings and burgers, plus wraps, panini and salads. Although the name made us think of the accounting firm, owners tell us there's no hidden meaning-- they just liked the sound of it.
