If live catchy calypso beats put you in an island frame of mind, then you'll like the schtick behind this Lakeview hang with a beachy spring-break theme -- at least for now. Tropical decor--think thatched roofs above the bars, shuffleboard, palm trees and sand--brings this tiki bar to life. A rotating roster of cover bands, DJs and live reggae acts keep the party going--of course, tropical cocktails and frozen drinks help fuel the crowd, too. Co-owner Mark Galati tells us Uncle Fatty's will likely switch themes twice a year according to the fictional character's most recent travels. Up next? Perhaps an Aspen ski trip will inspired a switch to Uncle Fatty's Liquor Lodge.
