I go here fairly regularly for drinks, but have eaten pizza here before. The pizzas and beer selection are both good, and the service is excellent.
Report This ReviewWell, if you used to go there a lot for the pizza but are now extremely bitter because of an incident with the manager, that tells me is that their food must be pretty good for you to go back a lot. Also, since I know the manager and you took the time to write a lengthy bash on a great place b/c of personal issues, then maybe you're the one who is "stingy and rude." ps- I agree, great pizza!
Report This ReviewThe Other Side Bar USED to be one of my favorite spots for pizza until today when the manager treated my friend and I horribly! We ordered a large pizza and we both thought that something tasted strange. It turned out the pizza dough was not entirely cooked. Our waitress offered to reheat the pizza in the oven. After waiting about 25 minutes, the manager came and told us he would bring us a brand new SMALL pizza (eventhough our original order was a LARGE pizza). He then brought us the SMALL pizza and charged us full price for the LARGE pizza. We tried to talk to him and ask about our bill and he was SO RUDE to us and still charged us full price for the under-cooked disgusting large pizza that was taken away from us and replaced with a smaller version. HORRIBLE MANAGER! Would not recommend this place to anyone!
Report This ReviewThis is the home of regulars and joke cracking bartenders. Stop in on a night when Colin is working, and you'll get great service. The food is good, but try the adjoined restaurant "The Pasta Bowl" - they have amazing Italian food for a great price. This is a great hangout for couples and dates that want to cozy up with some food, and have a couple drinks after dinner. It's more sports than romance, but has a good low key atmosphere, and a great joint restaurant/bar setup.
Report This ReviewI guess it depends on what you are looking for, but The Other Side is a loud bar without too much seating room to walk anywhere. The prices are decent but it is extremely marginal overall.
Report This ReviewWings are big and tasty. Although you better watch out the spiciness. I ordered mild and they were a bit too hot.
Report This ReviewThe food is good and reasonably priced, with plenty of TV's to watch the games. However, i was put off by the fact that they charged me an extra 25 cents to use my debit card. Granted, it's only a quarter, but seems a bit petty on their behalf. The original bill didn't mention the fee for use of credit cards. I'll go back, but pay cash this time.
