The Dark Horse Tap and Grille, just blocks from Wrigley Field, aims to balance its sporty and sophisticated leanings. There's plenty of flat-screen TVs and dark mahogany finishings throughout, and in the Fall you're sure to catch University of Michigan football games Saturdays and Pittsburgh Steelers games Sundays. Locals who don't feel like cooking can enjoy their "neighborhood-feel" bar food complete with a wide array of salads, sandwiches and non-traditional bar sides such as green beans and mashed potatoes.

The outdoor seathing is great as are the bartenders, but the food is awful, worst bar food in the entire city. Come to drink not to eat.
