This Buena Park joint blends a bit of European quaintness with traditional American pub comfort. Set inside a classic building with Venetian plaster and old-fashioned woodwork, the room creates a welcoming environment for dinner or after-dinner drinks. The full bar puts a large emphasis on its 13 wines,18 draft beers and more than 80 bottles, which include a variety of Belgian, German, English and American brews, reasonably priced. Ask about the beer of the month, which is often a boutique brew selected to fit the season. In the summer, there is plenty of fresh air to be had, as they open their garage door-like windows and set up sidewalk seating.
