Chicago's starving artists finally have a place to eat. Skylark has turned a vacant corner tavern in Pilsen into the unofficial headquarters for the community's burgeoning artistic community. Located under the shadow of the Dan Ryan Expressway, the bar's combination of working-class ethos, cheap beer and stick-to-your-ribs Southern-fried specialties has created the perfect sanctuary for bourgeois-weary bohemians.
