This extremely popular Lakeview spot has a stellar outdoor beer garden with plenty of picnic tables for groups of people. On any given night, the garden attracts a classroom of the early 20s crowd. The inside has a back bar and a room that can be rented out for private parties. Drink beer here: The bar features more than 100 brews. Want cheap beer? Just ask for the "Bad Beer of the Month," which is "whatever the bar can get for $10 a case," says co-owner Ric Hess. Count on the bad beer being around $2 a can.

Even for a neighborhood dive, this place falls short. Really bad service and rude staff.
