This neighborhood sports bar, open since 1993, is equipped with 16 satellite hook-ups, seven big-screen monitors and 30 smaller televisions. Check out three pool tables in the back, Golden Tee and an electronic punching bag to take out your frustrations if your team happens to lose. A full menu includes Mexican specialties, rotisserie chicken and American food. Attire ranges from shorts to suits, and a 4 a.m. license means it's also a late-night stop for many.

I do not consider a "new" place automatically better than an "old" place - I like Mother Hubbards Sports Pub and Timothy O'Tooles and Joe's on Weed. These are my 3 best spots for sports in the city. More games, good food and friendly.
