- Neighborhood: Lincoln Park

The name of this Lincoln Park spot means "she who intoxicates" in Gaelic. There's no question about the bar's ability to administer a good buzz, and judging by the crowds at this packed neighborhood spot, located in the old Blue Parrot, it's already intoxicated the locals. The classic detailing -- dark wooden bar, wood-paneled walls--gives this pub a stately feel, though owner Tiffany Moret is quick to say she hopes to keep things casual. There's a full bar, but the highlight is the wine list, with 18 available by the glass and few more boutique wines available by the bottle.
