Staff was great, awesome deals, depending on what you are in the mood for either a chill bar or a crazy time, it has both.

I went to Kelsey's on Saturday and as i walked in a relatively barren atmosphere and was not greeted at all. My intentions was to find an active place with good deals and some good snacks. I shrugged off the the clics yelling at each other in the back tables but out front where is was quiet I felt like i was walking around a grocery store. I was approached by no bartenders and felt out of place because of the crowd of workers huddled around the door. The only thing they had were some deals. Not good place to go

I went to Kelsey's last night and it seemed like something was different though I couldn't put my finger on exactly what it was. It took me a while to get inside but it was very easy to find a seat at the bar. Inside, it was very dark and apparently the jukebox wasn't working. No one came to take my order and for a while I wondered whether the place had become a BYOB establishment. There wasn't much of a crowd, which is about what I expected on a Wednesday night. I tried to order a buffalo chicken sandwich and a Bay Breeze but no one took my order. Frustrated and confused by the lack of service, I left after a couple of hours. Overall, the crowd and the lighting were just how I remembered it from past visits but something seemed to be missing. On the bright side, it's still one of the few bars on Lincoln Ave. where you can relax in a quiet atmosphere.

I've been here a few times and have always gotten great service, even on a busy Saturday night. Kelsey's is a great place to get a drink, chill, meet people or whatever. And the crowd seems a bit less annoying than most bars in the area.

I've been to Kelsey's a few times and have always enjoyed myself. It's a great place to sit and hang with your friends. The staff is also really friendly, and you gotta love the free popcorn!
