Kelsey's is a double-identity bar. Weeknights it's a low-key neighborhood spot. The long bar, subdued jukebox music and backlit liquor bottles create an intimate stage for groups immersed in friendly conversation. On weekends, however, the bouncers shoehorn in a capacity crowd of twentysomethings and it can be a challenge to get from one end of the bar to the other with drink intact. Kelsey's shares a kitchen and satellite feeds with its next-door neighbor, sports bar Kendall's, so Kelsey's visitors get most of the benefits of Kendall's (a bar menu and television access to sporting events) without the often-rowdy Kendall's crowd. There's also a cramped room downstairs with a small bar that can be used for private parties and a couple of vintage arcade games for added diversion.

Staff was great, awesome deals, depending on what you are in the mood for either a chill bar or a crazy time, it has both.
