The name says it all: a neighborhood dive with a classier edge. An indie rock-stocked jukebox provides the soundtrack; various band posters set the scene. Slide in to a velvety booth or sidle up to the restored wood-and-copper bar. Turn your eyes toward four plasma TVs while you nosh on good grub as well as greasy bar food. Fans of the former Solstice in Lincoln Park should note the same owner helms High Dive, and brought over his chef and house specialty, ranch fries.

The High Dive folks are also working on another project. They’re being tight-lipped about the details for now. We do know it'll be a neighborhood bar and grill called the Rocking Horse and it'll be located in Logan Square. Check back for future updates.
