I live down the block from Gannon's and have been there frequently since they opened a few years ago. Great neighborhood spot - the owner really makes an effort to greet his customers and make everyone feel like a regular. Each day they feature a different drink/food special. My favorite is Tuesday's $3 burgers and $3 Fat Tire drafts - I had a burger and two beers and my tab was only $15 including tip!

Good seating, friendly crowd, decent tap selection - owner is terrific. Only bummer was the nachos had an easily detectable plastic taste. After the owner left, the bartender took care of us well. He treated us like regulars and is outstanding eyecandy (if you're into that sort of thing). Great place even if you're not, though!

We stopped in for a drink on our way out and stayed all night! Confortable atmosphere and great crowd with good prices was what kept there. The juke box is always pumping great tunes and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is really a nice, cozy hangout bar that doesn't try to be what it isn't. The new owners really seem to want to get to know their patrons. Bar service is friendly, and waitstaff has been added...make sure you say hello to Erin. I recommend the grilled ham and cheese...fries are tasty. One BIG drawback is the unisex bathrooms. Sorry, they just don't work in a bar.

Good drink specials, very friendly staff, and nice and low-key compared to some of the other places in the 'hood. Lack of waitstaff isn't a big deal, since the place is tiny. You'd have to be a slug to grouse at walking ten feet to the bar to order. Like Arnold said, "I'll be back!"

Great eats but lackluster atmosphere at this Lincoln Avenue spot located right in the middle of a strip chock full of eat-n-drink places. Gorgonzola dip is solid, (but there was far too much dip, not enough chip) battered fish sandwich is light and flavorful, no fishy taste at all. Downers to this place: no waitstaff, bare walls and no Thursday food specials.

This is a great place to hang out and have a few drinks with friends. The food here is excellent (I recommend trying the buffalo onion rings), and they do have Golden Tee 2005. Though the walls are still a little bare, the friendly owners and bar staff warm the place up. As a former Clancy's patron, I can say, "I like what they've done with the place."
