We stopped by for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Great drink specials but what was the bonus was how good the food was. It wasn't pub grub at all. I had the chicken/avocado club and my friend had the Shepards Pie. Both excellent as were the mini-burgers. We will be back, no doubt!
Report This ReviewIt was fun
Report This ReviewThey must have new servers because we had to beg and then wait forever for everything. The place is not that big and was never full the entire time we were there. Not your average pub food, definitely a step up. Our food was good and everyone else's dishes looked awesome. When I go back if I saw those girls in there serving I would either sit at the bar or unfortunately leave. . .service was that bad:(
Report This ReviewThis bar has such a cozy feel to it. The food has changed with the new owner's and it's really good. The bartenders are so friendly and they know what they are doing. It's nice to go to a bar where the staff is professional and fun, and they don't have the attitudes that you find too often from bar staff in Chicago. The food, atmosphere and staff make this place great. It's not a place to go to get wasted and dance, which is another reason that I like it.
Report This ReviewNew owners and you can tell. This place has a great new vibe to it, great atmosphere, relaxed place without the crazy wall to wall crowds. New pizza on the menu is awesome!
Report This ReviewMy wife and I love going here on Saturday afternoons for a few drinks, an early dinner and the dartboard. The service is always friendly, ask for John the bartender.
Report This ReviewVery friendly bartenders, and welcoming crowd. If you're looking for a "cheers" atmosphere, this is the place to go. Great martinis too!
Report This ReviewDidn't have any food, but was ignored (three times) by the bartender while he attended to chatting with patrons. Seating was cozy and attractive, Guinness was cold and delicious. If you're looking for good music, look elsewhere. The worst jukebox I've seen. Ever. There's enough average Irish bars in Chicago that I won't be going back to this one....even though it's only half a block from my front door.
Report This ReviewA young fun crowd. The burger was perfect and the flatscreen TVs are great for watching a game. Also, the prices are the best in the neighborhood! Cozy atmosphere too.
Report This ReviewThis place has made some awesome changes lately! I love the dart board! Very friendly crowd.
