Nightly drink specials, an extensive batch of delivery menus and a laidback vibe lure regulars to this Roscoe Village watering hole on tame nights, yet cater to the barhopping city dwellers on weekends. An elongated L-shape bar, four-tops and a pool table occupy Bar 134's main area. The adjoining room highlights a dance floor, where various DJs spin on weekends. Adhering to the prerequisite decor of Chi-town taverns, the dimly-lit interior features crown molding, wood paneling and four televisions (three of which are flat screen). Several wooden fans, as well as an antique chandelier with one busted bulb, hang from the tin ceiling. Ironically, the tavern is named after the IBEW Local 134--in lay terms, Chicago's Electricians Union.
