Cuernavaca's is perhaps the most authentic and well decorated Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood of Pilsen. There's a very large dining area and a bar area with animal skulls hanging over it. The bar selection is extensive, with all kinds of Mexican beers as well as pina coladas and margaritas. Foodwise, you can order simple dishes such as fajitas and burritos or more complicated meals such as costillas al carbon (barbecue ribs) or pollo asado (baked chicken) with spicy fries or a salad.
