STAY AWAY!!!!! I have never been treated more poorly by a restaurant management and staff. My story is too long for this review but at every opportunity to make us uncomfortable, Cesar's staff succeeded. The manager was rude and unaccomodating. THere are hundreds of Mexican restaurants in Chicago. Do not go to Cesar's on Broadway.

I'll never go back again. Customer service is virtually non-existent. The margaritas are just average and you can get better food just a few blocks north at the authentic Mexican joint. Make sure to bring cash, they do not accept credit cards throughout the restaurant.

If I could select 0 stars, I would. I was so disappointed in this establishment. I went there yesterday with a friend and my daughter after having done some extensive shopping in the area. We were very hungry and looking forward to a good Mexican meal. Unfortunately, that never happened because we were never attended. We came into the restaurant to be welcomed by no one at all. We waited for about 10 minutes and still NO ONE came to greet and/or seat us. There is no need for guests to have to go exploring the restaurant for service. We left, upset and highly disappointed. THIS PLACE SUCKS. Clearly, good business is not a concern for this establishment.
