Tilli's

Tilli's has losts its lease and may close in January 2010, though management tells us the bar is still in negotiations with the building owner.

Youthful diners flock to Tilli's for its ethnic mix-and-match menu. With offerings of Thai barbecue salmon, rigatoni, pad Thai, and burgers, this hip Lincoln Park eatery gives everyone a smorgasbord of choices. Not only do guests get a chance to savor Asian, Mediterranean and American cuisine under one skylit roof, but they also dine in different settings. Those who get a kick out of watching TV and eating at the same time can sit in the bar area, which opens out onto the street. Conversationalists might want to get away from the buzz by grabbing a table near the brick fireplace in the main dining room. Alfresco diners will want to eat on the outdoor patio, and for those in a rush, there's a take-out area. To add even greater variety, Tilli's also serves a sumptuous Sunday brunch of blueberry pancakes, French toast, cheesy scrambled eggs and other tasty eats.
