Tuesday night burgers

Went there last Tuesday and they had nice parking for my motorcycle and my buddy's too. The burger they had for 4bucks is a little bigger than most weekday burger deals...cheese and toppings extra but it came with fries so it's worth it. Make sure you tell them how you want it cooked though, I got mine pretty rare and had to send it back. But, they did it with no hassle and the waitress was great. Good music and vibe.

I just went for a few beers and had a great time! I love the decor, the music, and the general vibe. I had been told that I might not feel comfortable without any tatoos, but I felt very much at home. I'll definitely be back!

NOT KID FRIENDLY

We went thinking that the outdoor patio would be a great place to grab a quick dinner with the family. We were wrong. The owner acted as if she'd never seen a child before.

Lots of dudes, quiet music, better for group conversation.

The Orbit Room has me confused. My friend said it was a rockbilly bar, but I didn't get that vibe. Maybe. I went on friday night and it was a strange mix of people - it seemed like a lot of men in their 30s. The bar was not full by any means. Tthe server was really nice. If Orbit is meant to be a neighborhood bar, which neighborhood are we talking? Music was unmemorable and too quiet. Lighting was strange. I probably won't go back - which is unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place. boo.

Great Neighborhood place to hang
By Jenn Dinesalot from Andersonville, October 9, 2007

So glad to see a place like this taking the chance on a neighborhood not so gentrified. Kind of gives one hope. But that aside, it merges the old with the new from the classic chicago back bar to the swanky new banquettes, this has the best of both worlds appeal. I really felt that this could be the new home away from home so to speak. The menu is bar food grown up and the owners are wonderful, nice people who seemed really interested in my feedback. The outdoor area is great, huge by hood standards so I can only imagine how hot this place will be in the spring. The menu is varied and has a little something for everyone, snack, standards and a few twists all at great prices. Daily specials are a steal, so much so that if you play your cards right for very little you can eat here everyday and not break the bank. Music was a little bit of this and a little bit of that, which suited me just fine. I wish them well because it seems they have put their heart into this place!

I am a professional 30's guy living in logan square. Stopped in last night to check this place out as it is very close. I am not sure if they intended it this way but the crowd was primarily young 20's. If you didn't have at least 3 visable tattoos on your body you would feel out of place here. Would clasify as a great place for young rocker, grunge type people. Too bad because we really need more classy type places in logan.

Just stopped in for brunch this past weekend. It was fantastic! I had the biscuis and gravy and I shared a "hangover scrambler" with a friend. Everything was great. I love the decor and the music is great mix, a little something for everyone. The staff is sociable and friendly. I will definitely be returning soon.

This is a very good spot. Go and check it out! The food is good, the atmosphere is comfortable, but most of all, the service is very, very friendly. Both the owners and bartenders go out of their way to make you feel good while you're there. This is something you won't find at many of Chicago's watering holes. You'll find an interesting mix of people and tunes. It's really hard to NOT like this bar and the people who run it.

The Orbit Room is out...

The Orbit Room is out of this world! I was looking for a place to celebrate my birthday (8/22)so I went to check out the Orbit Room ahead of time with three of my friends. Everyone raved about the food and the ambience. The owners, Adrianna and Dirk were onsite and made our experience there even more pleasant. Needless to say, I went back on my birthday for dinner with 16 of my closest friends. Again, everyone raved about the food, ambience, owners and crowd in general. For only being open a week they handled our party like true veterans. Wine selection is small at this point but very adequate. Love the small individual decanters for wine. Very classy.

The Orbit Room will greatly enhance the dining options in Logan Square. A great asset to the community.
