The bright, Moulin Rouge-esque interior that Soiree boasted back when it opened has undergone a major makeover. The now spa-inspired interior is decked out in earth tones and natural materials, including Brazilian pine, Italian marble and slate. The kitchen's open until close, serving up globally inspired, shareable appetizers such as ravioli with cinnamon-spiked sauce, coconut shrimp and roasted red pepper salad. A martini menu of more than 20 creations includes everything from a simple pear-tini to the fruity, coconutty Lights of Havana. A DJ gets everyone dancing on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
