Silver Cloud is an elegant and cozy diner, serving old-fashioned comfort food such as pot roast, chicken pot pie, and meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Cocktails are creative and tasty, and include fan favorites like the S'mores Martini. Roomy red leather booths with delicate burgundy and black-fringed lamps are perfect for an intimate dinner. The glass brick windows, yellow curtains with red check trim and warm, wooden bar make the generous space seem just the right size. Ninety percent of the customers are neighborhood folks on their way home from work, but Silver Cloud is also a favorite of North Side Chicagoans who flock to Bucktown on the weekends.
