People Lounge caters to Wicker Park locals with cozy, rustic decor, really affordable tapas and a world music focus (like Bossa Nova background beats). The menu features a variety of tapas, including calamari croquettes, sauteed shrimp, and marinated goat cheese with tomato sauce and garlic-crusted bread.
