The name is Latin for "light," and that sure defines this nightspot: This lounge boasts an innovative multimedia system blending LED lights, video and sound for a cutting-edge experience. Housed in a former meat-packing factory, the 5,000-square-foot space has been turned into a contemporary nightlife venue with custom-built, low-slung modular seating filling nearly 75 percent of the lounge. The best part? There's no VIP scene, and hopefully, no lines (though you may have to wait when outside if the club's at capacity). Just clean lines, as in the design scheme, which features concrete, bamboo and stainless steel. Bargoers can call ahead to reserve a table for bottle service; all unreserved tables are available on a first come, first served basis.
