Beer Tappers Rock !

For a Lincoln Park Sports Bar this is Pretty Good. I like the Beer Tappers that let you pour your own beer.. Never seen that before. Friendly Cute stafff & the food is very good. I would recommend this place to watch a Game for sure

I have been goinig to Lion Head EVERY sunday for the past 4 years. The y have the best TV's in LP and great staff. I always order the wings and end up getting a Burger or sandwich. The games are always spead out nicely and managers seem to on top of new games starting. The only complaint I have is I wished others bars could do as goos a job! Keep it up guys !!!!!

THis place used to be great for Sunday football, you can catch all the games that are being played, but I guess when you change managers so often, you lose a lot of what your brand was built on. I went this past Saturday to watch all the games, not just the Bears and I was a little lost when I saw the main TVs (Plasma's and Projection) and they all had onlt the bears on them and one of them had the Minnesota game. All of the older Tube TV's had a mix of games and the manager was more interested in watching how his Fantasy team was dong when he asked to switch the TV to a game he wanted to watch on that 20"+ TV.

Aside from the wide selection of games not being played, I order two appetizers at around 12:05 to only ask multiple time where my food was, it took an hour and 5 minutes. I have waited less at a restaurant where I would expect to wait that long and again, this was only for appetizers. THe Draft beer was by far the warmest I have had at a bar, the Corona Lights on special were better and the three waitresses were in charge of managing the 30+ Tables.

I will definately be finding a new Sunday Football bar since the service, the management, and everything about this has gone down the Tube since originally coming here back during the Bears superbowl run.

I have been to a lot of bars all over Chicago and this is by far the worst I have been to. The music they plays sucks, food sucks, sucks for watching sports, sucks for just hanging out or for a casual date, overall the environment sucks and I agree with the one reviewer there are no hot girls or people in general. Worst of all the bar tenders are horrible. Don't waste your time or money at the Lion's Head. Go to another great bar near the Lion's Head like Kelsey's or O' Malley's.

Well the place has good specials and they have a fair amount of TV's, but if you are looking for something that has more than just dudes in it and has a better than average (think 6 or above on a 10 scale), then I would find some where else.

While I am not a nightclub person, I have to say this about the first floor: the food is great, but only go during the week. The specials are great if you like cheap beer. During the weekend, the service is slow, the place is overcrowded, and trying to get a seat is impossible. The last time I was there, some overly drunk guy puked in the corner and walked off. GROSS!! The staff cleaned it up really quick, but I saw the same guy still in the bar later that night. Like I said, only go on weekdays.

I love this pub and it's definitely one of my favorites in all of Chicago! The people are great, the atmosphere is young, and upstairs at The Apartment is always a blast as well! I go there to watch sports games and play pool and have a good time and I'm never let down!

You gotta play this place for the specials! Take a card home with you because all the food rocks and most of the time you can get great drink specials too. We typically go there to lounge on Sunday nights or a weeknight. There are plenty of TV's to catch any sports, the bartenders are good, servers are okay. Highly recommend the ribs, 1 lb. burrito, and the tater tots!
