I thought tbe hookah lounge was decent, pretty standard and the service was great. I think it's slightly hilarious that the previous poster thought that the $7 minimum was all they had to pay per person. I mean COME ON, has anyone ever heard of an all you can smoke hookah lounge, they'd have people sitting there forever and never leaving. I have a lot of friends who hang out at this place, and have never had an issue. Anyway, just my 2 cents.

I went to Dhuwan lounge on a weekday with a few friends and thought we we would have an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was nice but the service was a nightmare. To start the evening, the group of 6 people in my party wanted to order lattes, but to our surprise, the owner/manager told us they ran out of CUPS!? I never heard of such a thing so i brushed it off and gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking "maybe they just opened recently or something." So we wait and we wait and we wait and 45 minutes later we call our server over and he tells us that our drinks are not ready because they now ran out of MILK. At this point I thought they were joking. About 20 minutes later we finally get our latte...mind you they were in Styrofoam 711 cups. My drink was bland so I ask for splenda or sweet n low and they told me they didn't have "such items" and that at all 3 of their locations they don't have anything but sugar. I wondered how they could run such a business. Nevertheless, the night continued down that same path and ended when we got the tab of a whopping $64 dollars. There is a $7 minimum charge and so you are allowed to order food and/or drinks with that $7 so we did order but instead of just being charged up to the $7 dollars we were charged $7 PLUS what we had ordered. The total should have only been $42 because if you do the math 6X7=42

To make a long story short; it was terrible service, they owners/mangers had no people skills, they did not even have supplies to run a hooka lounge/cafe and they overcharged us. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!
