Cincinnati natives will love this off-the-beaten-path Lincoln Square chili parlor and cocktail lounge. Owner Tony Plum covers plenty of Queen City bases: Look for cinnamon-cocoa powder-allspice-laced chili concoctions, 7-ounce bottles of Little Kings Cream Ale, Cincy memorabilia such as photos of baseball legend Joe Nuxhall, and a drink list peppered with local flavor (We like the watermelon vodka-spiked Over-the-Rhine, named after the historic hood). The red-and-black, retro-inspired interior features a red-tinted concrete bartop and bold red walls with a black diamond pattern. TVs (which will be in place late April) are tuned to sporting events, especially Ohio teams like the Reds and Bengals, natch.
