I went to Butterfly Social Club on a Thursday for their weekly hip hop night and I had a nice time. The crowd was about 25-32, young professionals (people with real business cards...that they didn't doctor up on their home pc lol) and the drinks, music was great! I recommend going here if you're looking for a chill spot...and the free cover doesn't hurt!
Report This ReviewWalked in and walked out. Where's the sculpture? Dullest looking environment I could imagine after visiting the website. Time to update Buttersocialites!!
Report This ReviewGet the flights. For $15 you can try 3 of their creations at a time. Everything I tasted was wonderful. My fiance and I were the first ones there for the night (they open at 10PM) and the bartender was very attentive and helpful. However, after it got relatively crowded I waited for over a 1/2 hour for a drink before leaving. There were only 3 people working: 1 who wouldn't take drink orders, 1 who was working her first day, and the last the only one actually making drinks. It was kind of a bummer for this place to only have 1 actual bartender on a Friday night. But it was still worth checking out.
Report This ReviewHi All,
From my heart, I am so happy playing at the Butterfly Social Club. I am moving my body and I am happy. I am drinking noni cocktails then I am drinking chocolate cocktails with fresh coconut milk in them, all organic of course with super sweet heart shaped coconut milk shaped ice cubes...I am pulsing to a collage of hot, rhythmic beats coming from the dj. I feel so good at the Butterfly Social Club. This is by far my favorite club in the city for music, drinks(FOR SURE), and a wealth of progressive, positive, and forward thinking conversations with really cool and beautiful people. We are rethinking together for a brighter, greener, more peaceful and prosperous today and always. Trees For People! Namaste--Aloha--Lachelle Hayes Dillon Yoga
Wasn't sure if I would love not being able to relax with a Tanqueray and tonic but the music and atmosphere is amazing. The only thing I didn't like was an option to buy drink tickets. That's about as unorganic as it gets. Not to mention, as I sat at the bar, I watched people pay with drink tickets and NOT tip the bartender. Umm, she's still trying to earn a living people. Great place to stop on your way to Buddha.
Report This ReviewWhen did organic become pretentious? When Social Butterfly Club came to Chicago. Highly unrecommended.
Report This ReviewWhen will you open for lunch? I've been dying to stop by as I work in the area, with little options for good healthy organic food! I need a smoothie, please open earlier!!!
Report This Reviewi will never pay $10 for a conventional cocktail when I can go to Butterfly and enjoy a clean nutritious cocktail. thank you for being in Chicago!
