Derived from a flamenco rhythm and dance step called Bulerias, the name of this Wrigleyville tapas bar is phonetically spelled out so as not to confuse anyone. The menu is divided into frias (cold) and calientes (hot) tapas featuring an assortment of meats, seafood and veggies. Spanish guitar music serenades patrons, but Cubs and Sox games are still screened on a plasma TV. The first-floor restaurant features Spanish decor, while the second level (which will open in late June) boasts more of an Ibiza lounge vibe. In the summer, soak up some rays with your sangria while kicking back on the sidewalk patio. Keeping in line with its like-a-good-neighbor attitude, Bull-eh-Dias offers discount nights to neighborhood denizens, workers on Southport and industry folks.
