The place is to Small for a lot of people. The place was too crowded nowhere to dance. I wouldn't recomend unless you are just planning to stand up and just drink. I would not go there again.

I am an experienced night club goer and this place was ok when it first opened but now it is absolutely horrific compared to other better clubs in the city. And judging by the recent reviews this place has definitely gone down hill. They should just shut this place down already. There are so many other better places to go than this place.

Went there for a friends birthday or at least tried. I got there at 11 at which time I was informed I was to late for entry with the guest list, which was fine. At which point I stood in the general admission line. I was the first one in line, and the only one in line for a good 20 minutes. During which the bouncer came up to me several time thanking me for my patience and told me it will only be a few more minutes. 45 minutes later he came up to me and told me he will be unable to accommodate me today and that I shouldn't waste my time standing in line. Which may be understandable if they are at capacity, however during my 45 minute wait without exaggeration there were at least 60 or so people leaving and coming in. The worst part this is the second time it's happened. I am completely baffled and don't know what to make of it. I go clubbing all the time NYC, LA, Miami and have never had this issue regardless of how exclusive the club is. I thereafter went to Y Bar got in without a problem and had a great time.

I went to Bon V this past Saturday for bottle service and I have never seen worse service in my life. Our server was wasted and continuously taking shots, chugging cranberry vodkas, and generally just being a lush. This would be fine if she had at least been doing her job, but she would teeter over to our table once an hour and poor one drink out of our bottle, usually for someone who wasn't even with our party. She came around a total of three times during the 2 1/2 hours we were there, and the only time she stayed for more than 30 seconds was when she awkwardly stood over the table while my friend had to decide what to tip.

The bartenders were nice, however. The doormen were a bit clueless and also very intoxicated.

Final note: that was a poorly spent $400 for one bottle of ketal one.

A non club goers club

Though im not into the whole club scene, I had a great time, the staff was professional and incredibly accommodating. I just felt comfortable there, i will come back again for sure! It takes a lot to get my attention and to entertain me and I think that they did the job. I suggest a visit if you haven't been.

I love this place!!!!! i recommend it to anyone and everyone. my girls and i go there a few times a month. mostly on Saturdays and we always get taking care of. i guess it helps if u know one of the hosts and the owners. :) the staff is great. The drinks are a little pricey but def. worth it . dj lee Michaels and dj homicide are the best dj's in chi and they totally rip up the place. music is off the hook! i mostly luv the set up, especially looking down from the top. u can see everything last thing, its kinda nice running into a Bear player every once and a while. :)

**my only recommendation for the outside folks- get on a list, or u will be standing outside most of the night

Bon V is a great place to dance or lounge... We went again last Friday and it was such a fun atmosphere w/ lots of hotties in the crowd & on the dance floor. The DJ played an awesome mix of dance & old/new school hip-hop mashup. The place is a good size, you can watch the dancefloor from the balcony or chill in a booth. Upstairs was crazy w/ girls dancing on tables. Casey Urlacher the manager was so nice & cute. We had a great time & will be back!

Third time we have went there and it's always the same. They have the best looking girls I have ever seen working there. The staff is ultra friendly. The comfort level is undaunted(they have a strick dress code, no gang-bangers or riff-raff). The crowd is super good looking, HOT GIRLS! If you go and do it right you will spend some money, but well worth it. Last time I went, I had to wait in line because I wasn't on the guest list, but it was worth the wait! When I walked up; there was a group of dorks complaining that they could not get in, which made it more appealing for me to go. Highly recommended for a truly upscale experience. A++++++

Went to Bon V on Saturday and let me tell you this, I have never been to a place with such great service.I used the vallet service and less then a minute I had my car and With weather were having its important to go to place and not freez your ass off. I would recomend to vallet...I waited for a little while but even in line I was having fun, the whole front team was great and held great conversations.I can't wait for next Saturday
