While Bob San is not as stridently fashionable as Sushi Wabi or nearby Mirai, this East Ukie Village spot is no slouch in the see-and-be-seen department--except here the beautiful people graciously rub elbows with the rest of us. The space, once inhabited by Liquid Kitty, is actually quite appealing. Guests enter the restaurant by walking past a waterfall sculpture. A large U-shaped sushi bar separates the dining room from the bar. While the menu features a selection of specials, it sorely lacks sushi combination plates; all sushi must be ordered a la carte, including the popular House Crunch Roll.
