This popular, family-run establishment at the eastern edge of Little Italy near the United Center has attracted a lot of neighborhood regulars as well as celebrities and politicians in the 60-some years it has been here. The Tap has two TVs and a wall full of photos from such visitors as Dolly Parton, Dan Marino and Tommy Lasorda. There's a selection of cigars behind the bar. Besides traditional pasta dishes, the menu lists Tufano's lemon chicken with potatoes and orange roughy with broccoli. Entree prices range from $7 to $13.
