The service was fine, the long wait is something I do not want to experience ever again. Managment do not have a clue how to talk to the guest. Rude, rude, rude...Even the food was fine in those large portions, but just can't get in out of my head the way guests are treated

Food was bland and unexciting. Everything we had was smothered in so much cheese, it all looked the same. Seating is so close, it is impossible to not be bumped by every passing person. My husband and I felt like we were dining with the couple seated next to us, as there was not even a foot between tables. We would never go back.

I frequently eat out in the city for work, and Rosebud is one of my favorite restaurants. Every meal I have eaten there has been delicious. It's not cheap, but then again, neither is any "fine dining" restaurant in Chicago, and for being located just off Michigan Avenue, it's actually decently priced.
