Does Lakeview need another Irish bar? The folks at Ala Carte Entertainment think so. They've remodeled their "under-performing" bar Fuel, giving it the full Emerald Isle treatment, complete with loads of Irish bric-a-brac, stone-embedded walls and plenty of dark wood trim. If you think the interior looks strangely familiar, that's because it's a dead ringer for Ala Carte's new bar in Lincoln Square, Celtic Crown, right down to the kitschy denim seat covers.
