The owner of Slainte hails from County Meath; expect menu items such as shepherd's pie and bangers and mash, plus Guinness, Harp and Smithwick's on tap. This Irish pub has plenty of mahogany wood to create a dimly lit, cozy atmosphere. Hang out at the front of the bar for a view of Halsted Street shoppers and trafffic or catch a breeze when the large front windows are opened.
