Peggy Kinnane's is perhaps the most authentic Irish restaurant in the northwest suburbs. Derek Hanley, originally from Tipperary, Ireland, imported chairs, tiles, stones and assorted bric-a-brac from his native land. His attention to detail had given the decor a homespun flair, and the mainly traditional Irish menu features classics like Irish lamb stew and shepherd's pie.

I just love this place. Been going here for years. New menu is great. Food is great. Staff is so friendly and attentive. Wish I could go everyday.
