Had the BEST time at this pub. The food is great for quick Irish pub fare and the music was fantastic. Would love to see a wider variety on the menu of Irish food and longer hours What a fantastic place to enjoy the live music and Guiness. The mixed drinks weren't watered down like a lot of the places we visited while in Chicago. An absolute must visit.

Saw a band at the Irish American Heritage Center (5th Province Pub) that will blow you away!! The Katie Sullivan Band, rocked the house - this woman sings the blues, Irish, Janis Joplin- plays the guitar and harmonica. This band, with a fiddler that is out of this world is worth checking out!!! I would come back to the 5th Province to see her (them) instead of any of the bigger name acts around Chicago.
