If you find it difficult to find a family style, Indian restaurant rooted in the tradition of North and South India, Gandhi India Restaurant, open since 1981, is all that and more. 'We serve authentic Indian and Pakistani dishes that are from medium to mildly spicy,' says the owner. The oak paneling on the walls and the pink table coverings are reminiscent of a cozy, country inn. There is an extensive menu, equipped with a large exotic drink selection. 'We've had the same recipes and cook for almost a decade and a half. It's been the same way for years and it's going to continue being that way,' says the owner.

I HAVE BEEN EATING IN THIS RESTAURANT FOR 30 YEARS. FOOD IS GREAT BUT VERY EXPENSIVE SINCE I DON'T EAT BUFFET & PORTIONS ARE VERY SMALL.
