I have visited Cityscape on several occasions and love it. The staff is great. They go above and beyond for me. The food is great bar food. They have the best ceviche I have ever had. The duck tamales are spicy but delicious. The chicken straws are to die for and Shywanna is a sweeheart. Cityscape is hands down one of the best bars in Chicago.

WOW! What a perfect place to sit and drink and observe the Earth Hour last night! The place was jammed but a ton of fun. Our group had a fantastic time and the staff that was there were a blast in addition to working their butts off. There was a group of ladies from show at the Mart complaining about everything - too noisy, slow service, "there are seeds on my sandwich bun!" but most everyone else in the bar was having a fantastic time.

This bar is a little out of the way but has the BEST views in the city, the staff is a lot of fun and for a downtown bar their prices are incredibly low. They had organic vodka, wine and beer specials for only $5.00!!! Unheard of in the city for this type of bar.

Beats paying through the nose for snotty service and way overpriced drinks at the Trump bar.

I was in the bar with a fellow employee the past Tuesday evening when the bartender was in a fight with customers at the bar. I was blown away by the way this young man was speaking to these customers!!! The manager was told by the other bartender these gentleman would like to speak to her and the bartender was STILL arguing with them! The reason was drink specials and the manager just stood there while this employee was fighting with her bread and butter how ridiculous!!! It gets better while we are sitting directly behind these other gentleman when these men left he was cursing about them to other customers!!! We heard the whole conversation and it was appalling! We would go to Cityscape often after work and enjoyed it we will no longer be a patron!

I had heard about this new bar that had the "Best views in the City" so I had to check it out. Oh boy, were they right. The views are spectacular, the drinks were excellent and super reasonable for a downtown bar. We had the wings and duck tamales for an appetizer and was amazed on how good they were. If you haven't been there yet, go check it out, it is a great place. The service was top notch and friendly and I was told you can order dinner also, which is what I will be doing next time. You can't go wrong.

This bar has one of the best views in the city of Chicago. Spectacular views of the loop skyline and the river. The bar itself was a surprise (being in a Holiday Inn!) but they did an beautiful job. The service was very good - our server Valerie was among one of the best servers I have ever seen. Another surprise was the prices, you expect to pay dearly in hotel bars (as in most hotels) but their prices were very reasonable in fact I would say some of their wines by the glass were under-priced. Definitely will be back!

Took two girlfriends on a Saturday for a complete disappointment. Server said there were no specials (despite being posted outside their door) and failed to correct himself when we asked about a particular special. Bartender did not know what a mimosa or bellini were (laughable) - had to tell him how to mix mimosas for us. Hope management hires some competent staff SOON. This place is a bad joke.
