The clatter of flying dice echoes off the brick bars as Greek-Americans play fast-paced games of backgammon. The exposed brick, mahogany wood, Greek music and regular clientele (90 percent Greek) give this place an Old World feel. Eight French doors open onto the sidewalk. Nine Muses serves 300 pounds of chicken a week; the manager says the place is famous for an iced coffee drink called a "frappe."

They wouldn't let 18 of us in the bar area EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AND CONFIRMED ONE WEEK BEFORE. On top of it no apologies. VERY RUDE.
