Glunz Bavarian Haus
4.1
- 4128 N. Lincoln Ave.
- Chicago, IL 60618
- 773-472-4287
Sure, the focus is on the food at this North Center bar and restaurant but expect an extensive list of German beers, wines and liquors at the bar, including beer selections from Stiegl and Hofbrau breweries. For that, thank owner Jim Glunz, who comes from a long line of Chicago-area beer distributors and wine makers. As for the menu, amid the "usual suspects" like schnitzel and roast pork are a few lighter options like the traditional Bavarian white radish.

I love this place. I cannot wait until the patio opens again this summer. The menu is a great deal with soup or salad with an entree and you will...
