Minibar made its mark for opening smoke-free ahead of its time. About a year later, the adjoining Winebar opened to offer light bites and a wine list on the, shall we say, mini side. While both halves are known for having bartenders with model looks, Minibar focuses on flavor-infused spirits and cocktails, and Winebar serves a selection of panini, bruschettas, salads and cheese to compliment your vino. But don't let that fool you: The two contemporary spaces are joined by a rear hallway, and when the music's turned up late at night and the party vibe pervades, you won't be able to tell the difference. But then, who cares when you're surrounded by good-looking men?
