Chef and owner Nadia Tilkian (who has graced the kitchens of Barrington County Bistro and Chicago's Bistro 110 and Zinfandel) is the brains behind this upscale, French-inspired bistro located in downtown Clarendon Hills. Expect a sophisticated Art Nouveau-inspired interior and an astutely crafted menu. We're drooling just thinking about starters such as baked escargot and sauteed veal sweetbreads, plus entrees ranging from salmon with baby bok choy and ginger to roasted cornish hen with pancetta, garlic and red lentils. For dessert, save room for elaborate treats such as champagne-poached peaches with anise angel-food cake and lemongrass ice cream and warm berry soup with goat-cheese cream.
