Don't have a bday party here!

My cousin signed up for a birthday party here and even got confirmation via email...Once all 14 of us got there, the manager said they couldn't honor the agreement due to some problems with the promoter. Long story short, we showed up waiting to get in, and were basically shown the door. Not even an apology. Very unprofessional.

I went to this place for a friend's birthday party. We got a decent deal - 9 drinks for $35 top shelf liquor included, which was nice. The good things stop there. The clientele seemed young and had no class, the bouncers were rude, and the bathrooms were gross. I will not be returning to Zentra.

Went to Zentra on a random night out because i had never been there...there was a big halloween party goin on and that was cool to see everyone dressed up...coer was free so that was also a plus...but beyond that the experience was...crowded i guess you'd say...the music was hot on the first floor...my girlfriend and i enjoyed the music over all...but once you stop moving youre kinda stuck in there...it wasnt bad but it wasnt great either

I can't attest to the service but I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I usually get bored listening to the same type of music all night long, and this was not a problem at zentra considering the club had four different spaces playing four different types of music. I particularly enjoyed the patio.

I loved this place! I don't know why you wouldn't otherwise. The bartenders are awesome and have years of experience. Primo is by far the BEST server ever!!! If you want a good time you'd come here. It has every selection of music in all 4 rooms. I would go again and recommend this place!

I used to be a regular at Zentra back at the day when Circus and old Crobar were open. Awesome. Now HORRIBLE. The crowd is worse than ever, the music is lame, the drinks are still over priced, and the staff is RUDE. When it's DEAD I shouldn't have to go to the same bartender I started my tab with. Maybe if they upgraded to POS like every other restaurant in the world their bartenders wouldn't have to use calculators to add up tabs. I will NEVER EVER go back. So sad.

The service at this club is horrible. I attempted to celebrate my 25th birthday here and they treated my friends and me with no respect. The bouncers and the mangers here are very rude, and I would never return or recommend this club to anyone; even if drinks and admission was free. They really need to work on how they treat people!
